Refund Policy

At BrushyBuddy, we care about your satisfaction and want you to shop with confidence.

If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. You can request a refund or replacement within **30 days of delivery**.

### Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
- Your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

### Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.  
If approved, a refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within **3–5 business days**.

### Exchanges
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us at **support@brushybuddy.com** with a photo of the product.  
We’ll send a replacement free of charge.

### Exceptions
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as gift cards or digital downloads.  
We also don’t cover return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
